About Hotel Chocolat 70% Dark Mint Chocolate Selector

Hotel Chocolat has shops right across the UK as well as in Denmark, the USA, and Japan. It also owns a cacao plantation on the Caribbean island of St Lucia, and runs an actual chocolate hotel there too! The company's belief is in 'more cocoa, less sugar', meaning you'll find more flavourful chocolates in their recipes.
