Willie Harcourt-Cooze shot to fame in a Channel 4 fly-on-the-wall documentary following his obsession with raw cacao. He owns a cacao plantation in Venezuela and produces bean-to-bar chocolate in his Devonshire factory.
This luxury vegan artisan chocolate bar is crafted from bean to bar using a fine single estate cacao from Java. It contains just three ingredients to allow the nuances of the Indonesian cacao to come through clearly in tasting, with notes of rich caramel and toffee born in the volcanic soils of Surabaya.
