Chocolate Festival heading to Bristol

THE CHOCOLATE Festival has chosen this Easter as the time to launch its popular event in Bristol.

The city will host a range of stalls showing off artisan chocolates, cakes, sweets and hot chocolate drinks.

There will be an easter egg trail around the Harbourside area of the city, and the local city council is sponsoring a programme of activities for kids.

Event organiser Yael Rose, said: “We are very excited to be launching The Chocolate Festival in the vibrant city of Bristol, especially at Easter – the most important date in the chocolate calendar! We look forward to working with local businesses, Love Local Events, Bristol City Council and Destination Bristol, to create a chocolate heaven for Bristol residents of all ages.”

The Chocolate Festival will take place in Bristol, at the top of the Cascade Steps, on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th April 2012, opening hours 10am – 6pm. Admission is free.

The Chocolate Festival already takes place regularly in London, Brighton and Oxford. Get more information from FestivalChocolate.co.uk
