Oat milk chocolate brand, Happi, has added a new range of white chocolate bars to its collection.

Available in 40g and 80g bars, the Happi Plain White and Happi White Raspberry Oat Milk Chocolate bars sit alongside the existing range of oat milk bars, including original, Cacao Nib Crunch, Salted Caramel and Orange. The range also features Happi Oat Milk Chocolate Buttons, which are designed as a convenient snack on the go or for nibbling on at work.

Gavin Cox, founder of Happi, claims “the response to the brand since we launched in January has been phenomenal.”

Happi is made with natural ingredients and is made from gluten-free oat milk and rice syrup. Its products are vegan friendly and use single-origin Columbian cacao. Sunflower lecithin is used in place of soya lecithin to make the range allergen-free, although the website states the factory handles dairy, wheat, soya and nut ingredients. While Happi's recipes are dairy-free, nut-free and gluten-free, their products are not recommended for consumers with dairy, wheat and nut intolerances.

Happi White Oat Milk Chocolate ingredients:
Sugar, cocoa butter, dried gluten-free oat powder, dried rice powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), flavouring (natural vanilla). Cocoa solids: 37% minimum.

Happi White Raspberry Oat Milk Chocolate ingredients:
Oat M!lk White Chocolate (95%) (sugar, cocoa butter, dried gluten-free oat powder, dried rice powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), flavouring (natural vanilla)), freeze-dried raspberries (5%), natural raspberry flavour. Cocoa solids: 37% minimum.

The white bar contains 576 kcal per 100g (or 115 kcal per portion) while the raspberry bar comes in at 562 kcal per 100g (or 112 kcal per serving). Happi reckons there's two helpings in a 40g bar and four portions in an 80g bar.

The company's website states it fairly and sustainably sources its ingredients and packaging, and guarantees "no child or slave labour" in their supply chain. It also claims Happi chocolate "contains 35% less sugar than other leading milk chocolate brands".

Happi is a Montrose Chocolate brand and sits alongside sister-brands Danny's Chocolates, Cox & Co, and Benefit Chocolate.

The oat milk and white oat milk products are available in 40g and 80g bars alongside the 100g bags of oat milk chocolate buttons, with an RRP of between £1.75 and £3.50. You can find Happi products on Amazon°, at Selfridges, Ocado, Holland & Barratt, and at local independent retailers nationwide. You can also order direct from their website here.
