Passengers aboard the 14-night Caribbean adventure (itinerary B931) can take part in a selection of unique foodie experiences hosted by the duo.

Paul A. Young will host interactive masterclasses in the Marco Pierre White Cookery Club venue where passengers can learn the essential skills to make fresh chocolates by hand. The state-of-the-art test kitchen on this ship is equipped with individual workstations, each with its own set of kitchenware. Under the guidance of Paul, passengers will hand-make their own chocolate creations.

Matt and Paul will then jointly host a chef's table dinner inspired by Caribbean flavours, paired with wines. This intimate dinner setting is bound to be very popular and the highlight of the cruise for a mere handful of lucky people.

Chocolate making masterclasses and the chef's table dinner are optional ticketed activities. These are pre-bookable for a fee via the P&O Cruises website prior to the cruise, subject to availability.

The Chocolate Masterclass is priced at £60 per person, while the Chef's Table Dinner is £75 a head.

This cruise sails from Barbados in November 2019, visiting Curaçao, Bonaire, Grenada, St. Vincent, the chocolate paradise of St. Lucia, St. Kitts, Antigua, and St. Maarten before returning back to Bridgetown in Barbados. At the time of writing, the price started from £1,491 per person including return economy flights from London, based on two sharing an inside cabin.

Named by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in 2015, Britannia is a large family-friendly cruise ship boasting over 10 dining venues, eight bars, seven entertainment venues, four pools, a spa, gym, and sporting facilities. Foodie experiences sit at the heart of the ship, with key venues including pâtissier and celebrity chef Eric Lanlard's The Market Café, Wine guru Olly Smith's The Glass House, and celebrity chef Atul Kochhar's Sindhu Indian restaurant.
