Bristol Zoo celebrated chilli and chocolate at a special festival over the weekend.
Local exhibitors displayed their wares on the zoo's main lawn whilst live bands entertained with latin, jazz and funk music. 175 varieties of chilli plant were put on display to mark the historic zoo's 175th anniversary.
Live music on Saturday was from Vamos! and on Sunday, K'Chevere provided the sounds.
Bristol-based chocolate workshop company, The Chocolate Tart, had a stand and were also providing tasting tutorials and putting on "Chocolate Gorilla Workshops"

Guilbert's was founded over a century ago and had its range on display at the festival.

There was also an obligatory chocolate fountain.
