Paul A. Young has announced plans to open a new flagship chocolaterie in London's Soho.
The new store will be the award winning chocolatier's third in London and will feature a spacious basement kitchen where tasting events will be held.
Paul commented, ‘Soho is in the middle of a renaissance and is again becoming London’s most vibrant food area. I worked here for many years as a head pastry chef and it’s almost like coming home. Our neighbours will be some of the city’s best restaurants, delis and bakeries and our fabulous, indulgent chocolaterie will be a perfect addition.’
The new store at 143 Wardour Street is expected to open sometime next month. Young's existing shops are in Islington and at Bank in the City of London.
